Elizabeth Tolia recognized as Top 100 Tech Innovator & Influencer

Las Vegas, Nevada — June 28, 2021 — Elizabeth Tolia was recognized with the “Top 100 Tech Innovators & Influencers” award for her groundbreaking achievements and contributions towards the technology industry at the third edition of InterCon — The Internet Conference, held at the MGM Grand, Las Vegas on June 23-25, 2021.




Elizabeth Tolia is the Co-founder and CEO of Transcendio Talent. This Columbus, Ohio-based company trains, mentors, and coaches diverse applicants to become tomorrow’s technology leaders. She is also the President of the National Board of Directors for getWITit, a nonprofit with a mission of addressing the decline of women in IT and computing careers, with chapters throughout the Midwest. Elizabeth also hosts the getWITit podcast, connecting with leaders across the technology industry to discuss opportunities for transition into tech and how to prepare for leadership roles. In addition, she has a decorated career in software development, events and conferences, and entrepreneurial leadership.


Elizabeth has led business efforts at several organizations, including BRAVO! Development Inc., The Ohio State University, ICC, and Expeed Software. Her passion for developing the next generation of diverse talent is evident in her decade-plus commitment to Girl Scouts of the USA and multiple coaching and speaking engagements throughout the country. Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Michigan State University – the Eli Broad College of Business and holds multiple licenses and certifications, including a secondary Education and Teaching License from Otterbein University.


When asked to comment, Elizabeth shared,

Elizabeth’s passion for making a difference by harnessing the potential of people with diverse backgrounds, her dedication to lead change in the industry, and her drive for innovation led to her nomination, and ultimately, to her win at InterCon Las Vegas, 2021.
